About Psychotherapy
I offer Kela´s rehabilitative psychotherapy in English (not a native speaker) for depression and anxiety issues. Kela grants rehabilitation reimbursement (57,6€/session) for fairly long psychotherapy processes (1-3 years) in Finland. In addition to this psychotherapy requires also a financial investment from the client.

As a psychotherapists my main area of interests lies in solution focused understanding and application of psychotherapeutic change. I apply solution focused psychotherapy (SFPT/SFT) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and some cognitive methods in psychotherapeutic processes.
